Zachary is 5 years old today!

Today is Zachary's birthday. He is growing into a boy now. No more cute baby. We supposed to give him a party for his birthday but he is very sick. He got fever and bad ear infection. His sister 1 year old is sick, too. She got fever and bad cough. His father, Charles is sick that got from them. We decided to postpone a party for zachary. However, Yamka's birthday is coming soon. We are planning to have a big party for Zachary and Yamka on Thursday, March 23th. We are looking forward to have fun with them. Zachary and Yamka, please get better fast. We can't wait to have fun with you soon.

The First Deaf Coffee Chat

I went to starbuck coffee on west board st. It was good crowd. About 10 deaf people came. Some people took pictures of all of us. We had a good time together.

Daphne "Daffy" Wright

Daphne Wright is a suspect of murdering Darlene Vander-Giesen.

The wave news of the nation and NBC news showed a nation news video of Daphne walked down the hall with jail clothes. I was not surprised she was in trouble....but a murderer?

I am ready that I want to speak about Daphne. I was shocked and felt so horrible for a while. I decided to write about her what she put me through.

I had a horrible experience with her for a year. My friend name is "Gal" had a relationship with her for about two years or less. I spent time with Gal at different locations in Washington D.C. She threatened to beat me up for hanging out with Gal many times. Gal kept telling Daphne that I was her friend a long time before her. Daphne knew I had a girlfriend of two years. She did not care. I tried to back off and did not want to involve.

My friend, Gal and I always had been together anywhere--shopping at the mall, friends' party, went bars, drank coffee, bookstores and more. We had done everything together until the day of our friendship fell apart.

I moved to Baltimore, Md since Gal had threatened few times by Daphne while I lived in their an apartment. I had to leave Gallaudet during senior year. I put my education on hold to protect myself from Daphne. I got lucky to have few friends to take me in for a place to live. I got a job. I got a new car. I rarely kept in touch with Gal.

Until then Daphne had a bad term with Gal. She decided to break up with Daphne. Gal moved out to hide from her. Daphne tried to get in touch with her and following her around. Gal asked me to come down and hung out with her in georgetown. Daphne found us on sidewalk. I was shocked. Gal straighted out with her to leave us alone in peace. I decided not to come around in D.C. area again.

In few months later, I got an invitation card to lesbian wedding at MCC then went to the reception. We had fun. We saw Daphne and her friends there. We made a peace for a lesbian couple. After the reception done, my ex-girlfriend and I were ready to leave and Gal wanted to join with us to go to Baltimore. Daphne tried to prusde her to go with her to somewhere instead. They argued for half hour outside of the old jim building. Daphne got a hot temper and attacked her. Daphne's friends stopped her from jumping on Gal. my ex-girlfriend and I took her away from Daphne and got her in the car. Gallaudet security and DC police came to cuff her. Gal and I gave the details and filed for assault. Daphne said in sign language with cuffed "I will kill you, Hedy". DC police took Daphne to the jail for three days(weekend).

Gal and I went to court to ask for restraining order. The judge granted Daphne 100 yard away from Gal for a year. Gal asked judge to have daphne needed to get a counsler for her anger management. The judge dismissed it. I decided to stay away from Daphne for a while. I did not hang out with Gal very much. I knew Daphne meant it to threaten me soon. I did not get around much with my friends in DC area. Until I heard Daphne found a new girlfriend (sallie), she moved to South Dakota. I felt so "half" free from her. I got back and hung around freely in DC until now.

She is in the jail until prove the guilty.

I will be free 100%.

I am too shocked and grieved for Darlene Vander-Giesen. I never meet her personally. She did not deserve to die at all.

I knew someday Daphne would snap to kill if anyone interfere her love life or get in her way.
Daphne would have to DARE for anything to keep for herself.

I could not forget what Gal said to me. "Daphne's friend had warned Gal if any woman kissed Daphne on her lips, then she would have OWNED a woman for good." Is it scary, isn't it?

Sorry, I haven't been blogged in awhile.

I had so much to do lately. I finally got an apartment and roommate with two women. We had a lot of things to put out and spread around in the apt. So far, I enjoyed myself in my new apt without nagging and suffocating by my parents and siblings. They cramped my style. Ha. I still love them in all my heart.

I made a good start with Deaf Professional Happy Hour in Richmond. 30 people came. I took some pictures. They enjoyed playing the pool and darts. One person from northwest came down to Richmond that date with someone was showing a lot of fun and meet new faces.
couple moved here from another state came to make new friends. They had a blast time.
They asked me to do that again. So I am still hosting DPHH for a long while. :-)
